what does it involve?

You’ll get to target all the major muscle groups in a 45 minute to 1 hour session. Using different fitness disciplines within each session individually tailored to you and your personal fitness goals. It is a cohesive approach in a unique training style.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

You’ll be able to see results and build muscle and tone up in a more tailored way than conventional training. Adding some cardio and strength training as well as elements of Pilates movements and HIIT training, you will also achieve better results using a hybrid training method.
