how does it work and what is hyBRID TRAINING?

For a lot of people, training with a partner or friend is a lot more fun than on your own, so I offer a unique training option for couples or friends or even just you, where you can experience Hybrid training which involves several different functional exercises usually done as a group or with a partner. These can include exercises like broad jumps, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carries and wall balls alongside more conventional personal training. For Hybrid training I take elements of this type of training and blend it with other modalities, so you can take advantage of all the best bits without the time restraints and some of the more challenging aspects, making it a more accessible and fun option alongside regular personal training. This can be part of the session or the whole session, or as part of your fitness journey.
