As we get older, our bodies and bones lose strength as well as a loss of muscle mass, so I offer strength and weight training to improve metabolism, burn more calories and aid weight management. Training with weights is not only a great way to tone up and get fitter, you are improving your strength and muscle definition, enhancing bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Plus, resistance training is very empowering!
