how does it work and what is hyrox?
For a lot of people, training with a partner or friend is a lot more fun than on your own, so I offer a unique training option for couples or friends, where you can experience HYROX training. HYROX is a global fitness race that combines eight 1km runs followed by several different functional exercises usually done as a group or with a partner. These can include exercises like broad jumps, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carries and wall balls. For my Hybrid HYROX I take some elements of this type of training and blend it with other modalities, so you can take advantage of all the best bits without the time restraints and some of the more challenging aspects, making it a more accessible and fun option alongside regular personal training. This can be part of the session or the whole session, or as part of your fitness journey.
